Spinvox, the company that listens to your voicemails and sends them to you as a text, has been sold to Nuance for a total of $102.5 million ( $66 cash, the rest in stock ). The sale has come at a time when Spinvox has been weathering some tough times with investors, as well as allegations that they employed staff (real people) to process the voice-mails they had been processing.
