As the app store hits 3 billion downloads, Orange UK have finally launched a more functional version of its account application for Orange UK customers. The previous App required users to turn off their WIFI in order for the phone to connect tot their servers via the 3G or GPRS network. This also meant that Orange UK customers who didn’t own an iPhone but owned an iPod Touch couldn’t use the app.
